Catering bill

Just a question-how much was ya'lls catering bills? mine looks like this... Please tell me if it's a bit extravagant... everything is to feed 250 people, if not, the number it feeds is beside it.

5 tier wedding cake
fire truck sugar free 3-d cake-150 ppl
mock champagne punch-150 ppl
sweet tea
unsweet tea
chocolate fountain w/ 20 lbs of chocolate and 12 different "dippers" (marshmellows, strawberries, pretzels, etc.)
mini quesodillas
cheese display
meat display
bread and cracker display
nacho bar (includes all the fixins, you make it yourself!)
includes all disposables and clean up of all food related items brought by the caterer, plus 5 waiters, setup, and 7% tax.

GRAND TOTAL-------$$$$ 3,247.40

That looks like a pretty good deal to me. I do wonder if soda and water are included? You need something for those who don't drink tea.

We spent $3K on our buffet meal to feed 100 (huge appetizer platters, chocolate fountain, 3 entrees, 4 sides, rolls, tea, punch, coffee, soda, dessert tray). And that was insanely reasonable for that around here.
