Avatars
Avatars can be any image of or fewer than 150 x 150 pixels in size, but may not contain nudity or religious, political/governmental or otherwise objectionable figures. Management reserves the right to remove any avatar that does not meet these guidelines. (but we usually give you the opportunity to do so first ;))
Images
Giant pictures that stretch the screen are a PITA to people trying to read the boards, and they make pages load very S-L-O-W-L-Y for those members that are on slower connections. Please do NOT link to files larger than 500 x 500 pixels. Any images found by the staff that do not meet the size requirements will be changed to links and the poster will be warned. After two warnings, all oversized pics will be deleted on sight without warning to the poster.
The board software now automatically resizes pictures and avatars. PLEASE give credit when appropriate to image sources (i.e. photographers or originally posted site). More information on how to post images is here (http://www.mustloveweddings.com/forums/showthread.php?p=775083#post775083).
Signature Guidelines
You may have 5 lines in your siggy.
One line equals one image, a line of text, a blank line, a text-based countdown, or 3 blinkies of average size.
You may have up to 2 images, each counting as a line of text. Images include glitter text, animated box-type siggies, and graphical countdowns. Glitter text and animated siggies can be no larger than 350x125 pixels. Blinkies over 140px wide or 40 px tall count as an image rather than a blinkie.
*Mini tickers measuring no more than 200 by 80 pixels are allowed and two count as one image and one line of text. However, you may have no more than 3 per signature.
