WTH! I might as well...ok at this point i have lost 22lbs..i am doing WW and working out 5 days a week at the gym and moving my lazy ass on the weekends instead watching AMC on soapnet and lifetime...i have been doing the workout since NOv of 05...yeah i know i should have lost a lot by now but I have not cause I have not been following WW up until 2 months ago...and since then the weight has been melting off...
so as of now my starting weight is 223.5...my goal for aug is to go down to 215...so sit back and watch me as i move along...I am also 5'4 and half so i am waaaaaay overweight...i was 135 up until i my last 2 yrs of college...when i graduated i was 185 then it just kept going for the last 8yrs....i have never been this big so i have to get it off and I WILL

QOW: do u think it is pratical for me to get to 160 by may 1 2007?

I just ate a cinnabon…gave half to the our admin but I had the bigger half…so I am going to go work it off on lunch…I say my half was about 400 cals…so I will go do 30 min on stairmaster and then walk home today. I will just have tuna with salad for lunch. My next goal for august is 215-213! So I have got to keep moving and stay focused. I will tell u I found out our GC died yesterday and it felt good to eat that cinnabon :( I guess that makes me an emotional eater!

Ok This weekend I was totally bad :( that is ok...i have got this week and next weekend to make up for it...

my goal for this week is to workout 6 days this week, 2x on m-th, and get to that pilates class on saturday morning...

i also want to control what i eat...i started my week off bad last monday and it just sprialed down...although i did get to the gym my eating was horrible which defeated my gym purpose.....

I think you can do it. It will be really hard, but possible. I wish I could also do that well. :sigh:

Sorry about the part of a Cinnabon. I would be afraid to have one within my grasp.

Well this week got started off on the right foot...i woke up went to the gym, had yogurt and string cheese for breakfast and NO CINNABON lol lol.

QOW: What is hardest about changing your eating/workout habits?

Hi Jill...the funny thing about the cinnabon is that ican go to the mall and not want one but i did for some reason when they were sitting on the table lol

I really need to focus on my eating I have been working out and eating horribly. I have been going over my WW points using my activity points and plus some. By doing this it makes my workout look moot! Speaking of exercising I have been doing great at it I just wish I could say the same about my eating. Well I am not going to let it get the best of me today is new day right!
