I know that there a few of us out there. Just thought maybe we could have our own thread. We can get to know each other better.

My name is Nikki. I live in a small town in Saskatchewan, called Creighton. I love it here. its just the right size. Sure I like visiting the larger city centers but I like coming home to the simple life. I grew up here, am marrying here and going to raise a family here. My fh is even from here.

Hey Saskatchewan gals. How is everyone holding up with the winter weather?? With spring around the corner I can only imagine how nice some places are. Well its still cold here, and we have a ton of snow, so I will be lucky if the snow is gone by the end of April

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. This must be one of the slowest moving threads here, cause there aren't to many of us here.

Hope you all are having a great spring so far. I am here. The snow is almost all gone, in town that is. The bush is a different story. And I am able to get out and do yard work. Which keeps me busy and I like making sure that our yard is nicely kept.

So yesterday the weather here was crazy here. It started to snow around supper time yesterday, then it snowed all night. I couldn't believe it. Its heavy wet snow, the worst kind. The winds were so strong that they were snapping branches off of trees all over town. Crazy.
