If the topic comes up somehow, do you or would you lie about your weight? Even if it is a measly 5-10lbs?
i might, but at this point is mostly unintentional b/c i don't pay attn to scales anymore.

I'm not entirely sure what I weight at this point, but have never really had an issue telling people my weight. I have been everything from a size 6 (in university and when I was on chemo) to a size 22 at my biggest (about a year coming off chemo). Now, I sit at a 14-16. I know that I'm a big girl, but I generally feel healthy and strong.
Even at my thinnest I was always over 160 because I was a hard core athlete and had a very high muscle to fat ratio. At my heaviest I was around 240 lbs, and probably sit at around 200 now. But my body fat percentage has never actually gone about 32-33% which is high but not as high as one would expect for such a "heavy weight".
Lately, it has been getting to me a bit more but mostly because I think I am healthy enough now to start treating my body better. I haven't lied about it yet, but if I don't start doing something about it, I could see myself lying about it one day.

Yep. I'm very small. People get mad, like I'm bragging. So I don't mention numbers, or I round off.

Forunately they don't list weight on Mass. IDs.

I used too back in the day but not anymore. Now I'm around 190. At my lowest I was 140 (in high school) and my heaviest I was 220 (after having Breanna).
My license is wrong though  That was back in the day.
I also don't feel like I weigh 190, I feel thinner some days. My co-worker said the same thing about me.

My license is also wrong-- I made up a number b/c I got it renewed 2 days before William was born. The woman at the DMV assured me it was okay.

I don't, but people think I do. I weight about 145. No one believes me & think I'm about 120. I wish.

It doesn't really come up. I just remember back in high school girls would ask and I would be honest and tell them what I was (I think I was 130 lbs) and they would be shocked. They thought I was 110 lbs, but that is because I was tall. The lowest I have been is 117 lbs, and I looked way too skinny for my height (5'9) and that was right after we got married. The most I have weighed was probably 140 lbs and looking back I was quite round  Mostly in my face! Now I am happy with my weight. Bryan doesn't like it if I get under 120, which doesn't happen ever anymore.

With the doctor I don't, because they just check it anyway! But in any other situation YES and with no quilt.

I dunno why they even put weight on licenses. It's not like people can't drop or gain a ton quickly.

This. I don't know what I weigh, and I don't want to know because I'll start obsessing over it.

I don't intentionally lie about it, however I don't weigh myself often so when I say isn't always accurate either.

I had never heard of them putting weight on licences... Doesn't happen here in TX. We just have height....
I really don't mean to. I just kinda guess and I'm usually wrong haha

Sometimes? If I do it's only by about 3 pounds but that's only if I give a specific number. I just say under 120, which is the truth.

I have worked really hard to get to the weight I'm at right now, so I tell the truth and am proud of it. Obviously, since I have my weight there for all the world to see in my siggy.
When I was at my absolute heaviest, I would usually fib a little or, if I was honest, I would say it in a self-deprecating way and make a joke about it.
I'm only 4'10", so my starting weight of 156 was a lot more unhealthy on me than it would be on someone of average height.
ETA: Just clarifying. :)

I don't lie. I just won't say it...
The weight that is on my license is the weight I was when I was 14 and first got my learners.. it is WAY off.. I was tiny back then.

I don't intentionally lie, but like others I also don't weigh myself that often :shrug2: Though generally it doesn't come up at all

I used to lie about my weight b/c I was very very obese.
I lost a lot of weight and although i'm still a big gal, i'm proud that I am where i am compared to where i was. When ppl know the full story of where i started out and where i am now, it makes sense and they can understand why I'm happy and not embarassed to tell. Its just a number on a scale, your health is more important overall than fretting over numbers.

I so very much agree with that! And it's so relative too! My weight seems like a small number to some, but I'm also really short (5'1")

I don't lie but then again it never comes up! I am also short ,infact the same height as Erie!

I try to tell the truth about my weight, but sometimes I might lie by 5lbs. My weight is not such a big deal to me, though. I am aware that I need to lose weight.
