Ok, so I thought that I had the poem and/or a list of what went into the kit saved onto my computer... but aparently I had a blonde moment and didn't save them. Does anyone have a poem or a list of what goes into the kit?

I know that the one I initially saw on UW had other things in it. I think I remember asprin, can't remember what else. I'm still hoping to come across the other version, as I seem to remember it had more things in it that I would like to give the girls.
