Anyone recognize this dress?

We got an email at the MLW admin account today wondering where this dress is from. I don't have the first clue how to figure it out, as there's no identifying info on the picture and she attached it, so no URL. She saw the dress on here somewhere, so I'm hoping someone will recognize it!

I did a TinEye search (reverse image search) and the picture comes up a lot but it has mostly been reposted around the internet. I did find these though:

It actually looks exactly like a dress I tried on for *Kim*'s wedding many many moons ago. I can give you the actual designer (versus the online stores) in just a minute, I hope.
