Honeymoon for real?

With work and things my husband and I had a honeymoon in Ireland but my DH caught his sister's cold and was sick for half of it so tonight when we were sitting on the sofa and I was in a really bad mood because I am trying to get a book to a publisher and am going through the mistakes and was driving myself mad
This is how the converstaiton went
JacQues: Maria where would you like to go if you could go anywhere
Not thinking I said "Wexford to visit my parents and collect my dog"
jacQues: Well thats taken as read but think anywhere in the world where would you like to go?
Maria (not paying much attention): oh I dont know [pause] this sentence reads funny [pause]
jacQues getting exasperated: put down your book for the moment and look at me.
Maria: what is it?
jacQues: pick a country anywhere in the world where you would like to go
Maria: emmm I would love to go to Thailand
jacQues: Right then thats where we are going for our honeymoon our proper honeymoon

It will take us a while to save so I am not holding my breath but :jump4joy:

That's great!!! How wonderful of him to say that! I've heard Thailand is just lovely. My sister and her FI are going there in Nov for 5 weeks!

That's great. There is a lot to see there. Hope the trip works out for you. DH and I want to take a bigger real honeymoon in the next 5 years.
