I live in the Orlando area but travel all over the state. I was going to get married on Cocoa Beach but we decided to save some money and have our fabulous wedding in Las Vegas instead.

I seem to be spending a lot of time in the Ft. Lauderdale area lately. I'm so glad the Hard Rock has card games now! Something to keep my entertained outside of my hotel room!

OMG!! We Booked the Bellagio For Our Wedding And had everything planned and worked out! We changed our minds and decided to go with the in State Wedding instead:) I'm sure it would have been gorgeous at the Bellagio but I'm glad we settled for a more "Home" feeling here:)

We are actually having Or Wedding now at The Kovens Conference Center in Miami Florida:)

I was just at the hard rock yesterday and the card games are great, the only bad thing is that they start at $25 a hand, I like the $5 tables better.

I was at the Hard Rock last week and found 2 $10 tables, a couple of $15 but the majority were $25, $50, and $100. The part that bothered me the most was that they were using continuous shuffle machines. I don't usually play with them as they increase the house edge. I couldn't believe that people were playing at $50 table that had them when there were tables at that rate without them. I hate dumb card players.

(I did give in a play on a $10 with one...I hate to support them but I really really wanted to play for a bit and don't have $50/hand budget!)

Was it during the day? I have heard that they have $10 tables in the day and switch to $25 at night. I played twice and walked away with $300 the second time but it is still a little too much for me to play with.

Yeah it was during the day and there were only 2 of the $10 tables.
