What is a reasonable amount to spend on BP gifts? Does giving gifts include everyone that helped out at the wedding? For example, do the guestbook attendants get a gift too?

I've never heard of a guestbook attendant, but I would assume if they helped out they would get a gift. I'm not sure what a good amount to spend is either, guess it depends on how much you can afford, I'm sure they would appreciate any gift you chose them.
I was going to get all my BMs a gift cert to the nail salon and probably each a piece of jewelry that I know they would like.

I believe that we gave gifts (under $20 for each person) to everyone who helped out in some way with our wedding, including our guestbook attendants and readers. Perhaps you could put together a photo album or a CD for your close friends in your wedding party. Another alternative could include having a corsage/boutinniere for each of these attendants.

I bought a gift for my reader and for my program attendant, just to say thanks for driving 8+ and 5 hours to help me out :) Oh, and I think I probably spent around $40-50/each for my BMs, but I only have 3.

I think I spent around $30 on each girl....I got them a Willow Tree figurine as their "real" gift, and also bought the jewelry they'll wear on the day of the wedding. Tom actually spent more on the guys--he got them each a gift to open at the rehearsal, and paid for them to play golf on the day of my shower.
