Are you going to User CP >>> Edit Options?
If so, this is what you should see at the bottom of that page:

ETA: If it's not accepting it, it may not be a font it recognizes.

thanks Gina... it may not recogonize it. because I've been able to change it before but I thought I'd go more unique
the font wanted was "A Charming Font"

Hmm...Let me see what I can do. If anything you might only be able to see it on your end, but if that's okay with you, I'll see if there's something I can tweak to make it work for you. :)

Okay, it's there now, reeny. It's really hard to read, though. I think you will have to up the size by quite a bit to see it.

I upped it to 36 pt. and I still couldn't read it.

I'll stay "generic" that way I know it's easy on everyones eyes, lol

I could see your posts in that font. If you have it uploaded to your computer, it should show, and will only show for those who have it. I downloaded it specifically to see if I could get it to work.
If you come across anymore you'd like to have--that you already have downloaded--let me know. :)

thanks. I downloaded the font tonight, but maybe I didn't download it right. I'm a goof with some of this.

The only thing that worked for me when I downloaded fonts was opening the folder up to view the font after it was installed. I know it sounds odd, and I don't know the reasoning, but my fonts would never show up until then.
When you unzip your font folder, unzip it to C:\WINDOWS\Fonts
Then once it's there, click on the Fonts folder and then double-click the font to view the sample. Again, that's the only way I could get mine to reset the fonts and show up in Word/Photoshop/etc..
ETA: If I've just confused you, I can screen shot my instructions. Sometimes I'm better at doing it that way.
