We are using After Hours Formal Wear (the ones that work with David's Bridal). When we went to get him fitted, we were offered a free cruise ticket or 2 free plane tickets. There's a certain amount of time that you have to stay depending on your depature location. We are going to Hawaii hopefully. Has anyone else taken advantage of this offer?

They told me that it ended on September 30. But then I got an email that was the same offer ending on Halloween.

It's a scam. I used to work at David's. You have to spend about a week at these 5 star hotels. I guess if you have the money for it, it's great, but I didn't have enough money to spend $400 a night at a hotel for a full week. Just be sure you read ALL the fine print before you do anything. Sorry :(

Yea I know. We have the list. And to go where we want to go (in Hawaii), we have to stay 10 nights. But that's fine with me. I want a nice room and I've always wanted to go to Hawaii so I think it's fine for us to spend that much on it. We're only getting married once so I think it should be all that I've ever dreamed of. (Within budget of course).

I think as long as you're aware of the fine print, it should be ok...? We dropped a big chunk of change on our honeymoon, but it's what we budgeted for. And if you SAVE money with the tickets, even if you have to spend more on the hotel, in a way you're spending the same amount and getting upgraded rooms.
That all being said, make SURE you know every detail about the conditions. There's nothing worse than getting there and finding "surprises".
