Ok my list is pretty short:
First BIG thing I forgot - the marriage license.
I also forgot my lip gloss :(
Other than that I was pretty prepared!

Forgot to put the "Just Married" signs in the window of our vehicle after the ceremony!
Hi hi-
OMG!!! This is so totally cool. I will have to mark this down for the MOH to remember.

my list of forgotten items:
~the ring pillow (in the trunk of my car)
~table covers (we had to improvise)
~2 reception music cd's
~programs
~glass chalk for "Just Married" on the window of my car, instead my "wonderful" bridal party decided that they would use whipped cream, mayo, ketchup, and condoms to make a bea-utiful display!

We forgot one of the flowergirls' headwreaths, and my dad's tux was MIA for awhile. Luckily my parents' best friends were there, and my "dad #2" as we call him was willing to make multiple trips back to the house. It seems like we forgot something else too, but I forget what it was!
A friend of mine completely forgot her bouquet until after the ceremony. But her wedding was planned literally in a week (while her hubby was on leave from Iraq) so she was just glad to have gotten thru the ceremony at all.

I don't think anything was forgotten...or maybe I was to nervous to tell.
One thing I would replace on your 911 kit....inst. of shout wipes, I would go with Tide-to-go pen. This, unlike most stain remover wipes, is NOT a pretreater.....it is actually dry cleaning stain remover fluid, like the stuff that comes in the at home dry cleaning kits, like Dryel.

I know that alot of ladie make lists. This is what I tent to do. Make a check list and keep it on the fridge. Go over everything a few days before. Lists have never failed me before, why would they start now.

On our way out to the hair we forgot my veil and tiara, but did a quick turn around for it. I'm happy to say that was all, everything else was remembered! But that is b/c i'm a control freak!!
About the chalk...that stuff is great...after pictures at a farm, my dress had some dirty spots and I didn't want it showing during my first dance, so my girls got down on hands and knees to cover over the spots with the chalk. It covers it up just enough so its not noticeable. Make sure to throw that in the emergency kit!

The night before pack a backpack with everything your afraid you'll forget... put the marriage license in a folder and label it "MARRIAGE LICENSE". Then? Take a peice of paper and write "DONT FORGET THE BACKPACK!!!" and tape it on the front door!!! Hey it worked for me! lol

I'm making my lists right now. I'm going to start putting all of my "small" wedding items in a clear plastic bin so I don't forget anything. My wedding is an hour away from my house so I have to make sure everything comes with me before the wedding.

We forgot candles for the candleabras, but the coordinator had some extras we could use. I was overly prepared and didn't use anything in my emergency kit except klenex.
A nice thing to have is drinking straws in case you want to drink somthing once you are in your dress or have your makeup on. It's easier to drink.

THE VEIL!!! Which was a rather expensive cathedral veil!!! I did get it in time... but please check the night before to see that your whole outfit- dress, shoes, underwear, and accessories including VEIL!- are all there and in perfect condition so you have no nasty last-minute surprises!
I also second what someone has said about making a list. I actually had a "master schedule" of where everyone and everything was supposed to be at given times, with a list of the items included. It was sooo great to have! Also, I kept everything of utmost importance- the rings, the marriage license, my accessories, and a list of emergency numbers, in a zipped tote bag with my name on it. That way I KNEW where everything was and I did not go anywhere without that bag!!

I got to the hotel and went to get dressed for the rehearsal dinner and realized that I had no mascara! My mom ended up giving me hers so that I'd have something to use for the RD, wedding day and honeymoon.

We forgot the programs for the ceremony in my mom's trunk. I forgot my over night bag with my BCP, but then we asked the limo driver to turn around so we could go get it. Then we were driving away and I realized I forgot my lip gloss, so we had to turn around AGAIN!

We forgot:
Emergency Kit-I bought a tide to go pen, but never thought about needles and thread and my zipper broke so I needed it. Luckily a boutineer pin was able to hold me into the dress longer.
I ran off and forgot our marriage license, but James brought it along with the cd player and cds i spent a week making.
We didn't forget anything that I can think of. A good suggestion so that you don't forget your marriage license, put it in a bag (grocery bag or something) that has a handle and then hand it on the hanger with your wedding dress or the grooms tux if you are getting dressed at the location.

I plan on making and printing out this list. and getting my suit case/backpack. and putting everything in there. i also will be putting my marriage lic. in a bag that is labled that also. i will be doing this 2 days in advance. cause im going in a hotel the night before. with my girls... Im sure i'll be checking my list like 3 -4-5 times before to MAKE SURE! oh my i'll be soo nervous. haha
Not all of my decorations went up correctly or at all, I didn't make a list though, and I'm just noticing this all now, so it wasn't a big deal.

My mom forgot to put the filling in the cake. The cake rocked though and I forgot we had even discussed having a filling for it.
Mom also forgot to bring the cake serving set she was going to let me use, I won't blame her completely since I forgot to remind her :giggle: but she ended up just buying me one to keep.

Oh my gosh, my list is endless! I thought I was so organized :dontknow:
All the silk rose petals (but what we did it their place ended up looking better anyway)
A picture to put in the middle of our signature mat. But I had my niece color us a picture of Cinderella and the Prince to put in it so that ended up being cute. (since I walked down the aisle to So This Is Love)
I didn't forget the corsages and bouts but I had put Chris in charge of bringing them when he came out. What I forgot was that would mean nobody would have them on in all the pictures we took before the wedding. At least all the bouquets were already out there.
I didn't forget but couldn't find the poems for the bathroom baskets. They were where I thought they were but just couldn't find them at the time I was looking (found them a few days later :giggle:).
Forgot to have someone put the aisle runner down.
Forgot my must have photo list so there are some pictures I wanted we didn't get.
Okay, I'm stopping my list there ... you get the idea, I'm a total scatter brain. But the day still ended up being PERFECT :sappy:

I forgot to pack snacks. We ran late at the salon and my flowergirl darn near passed out because she didn't get lunch. :( Granola bars would have been a life saver.

I just remembered a couple of other things we forgot:
- centrepiece statuette purchased for our buffet table
- to ask someone to change the cd that played during supper; the same one played over and over and...
- to offer sparkling wine to go with the wedding cake (we returned the unopened bottles days later... oops!)
