We registered for two sets of everyday dishes because we couldn't decide which we liked better.... Plus, they're really complementary to each other...

Nikki, I really like those sets, I might just want to steal your idea and register for two. We'll see :)
For our more "formal" china (which I giggle at, because this stuff is just too fun) we registered for Java Blue by Noritake:

And for everyday stuff we registered for Pfaltzgraff Empire

I love both of those, Jaci! The polkadots are so fun! Empire was one of the other ones we considered getting too...
I dunno if I'll get both sets... We got a lot of it for Christmas.... my mom bought us a bunch of Night Surf stuff because she didn't realize we were registered for both sets. LOL!

We registered for Pfaltzcraff Ocean Breeze for everyday dishes.

We registed for china at Bed bath and beyond, but didn't get any of it. That was fine, because we realized we really wouldn't use it. We got all the peices of our nice everyday dishes.

Nikkiana-
Well, I love "beachy" things and Corelle is so durable, so it was like hitting the jackpot! Although I have never been to Maine, I can see what you mean!
They actually remind me of the Ponce DeLeon lighthouse in FL by my nanna's house.

We registered for Noritake Kona Slate. We got 8 place settings and extra square plates we wanted. We were also lucky enough to get the serving pieces. All, except one of the place settings, we bought by my "other" Mom. When I called her to express my surprise and joy she told me that her Mom had bought her all of her dishes for her wedding and she wanted to do the same for me. I am so lucky to have her in my life. :cloud9:

We have china that was given to me by my mother, but was originally given to my grandmother as a wedding gift. Therefore, we're only registering for everyday dishes!
Both of us love these - and think that with 4 or 6 of each, they'll mix 'n match well together :)

Mine doesn't have a picture up online. :( We registered for them at Target and they are set of white square dishes. The plates are squares and the bowls are kind of cube like....they were just different and thats why we liked them.

We already have some these dishes and I love this pattern. Only a few people know about our registry so I doubt we will get anything off our registry.

I seriously, SERIOUSLY love the Moonstone set that Kari registered for. My DH loves it too. But.... lol. Too much money for fancy dishes we won't use often. Maybe someday.... sigh.
Anyways, here's what we got for our wedding:

I'm thinking about buying this set with the money we recieved for our 2nd reception, but I'm still majorly on the fence about it.

Well, we registered for Noritake Sweet Leilani

But I REALLY like
Royal Doulton Old Country Roses
http://gift.bergners.com/media/images/products/05/ROYAL_DOULTON/107973E.JPG
For our casual, we registered for
http://gift.bergners.com/media/images/products/05/NORITAKE/86694E.JPG (Except in Lilac) Only 4 place settings, we thought it might compliment the Sweet Leilani.
And for Pfaltzgraff Providence

You have great taste! :heee:
These are ours too!! We didn't register for china because we'll never use it :)
We didn't register, period, and we had 3 mismatched plates and two blue cups between us both, so we went with a really inexpensive set that we really liked, at least until we settle down somewhere. We don't plan to lug dinnerware around the world whenever we move, so we'll keep buying new.
