Hey everyone?
Anyone using Weight Watcher? I'm doing the online kind and so far its been slow going but I admittedly haven't been following it to a "T".

Anyone have success stories to share or need some motivation??? Share your experience!!

Hi! I am a WW groupie :)

I started WW in August 2004 and within a year I dropped about 50-55ish pounds and have kept it off! I will forever be a HUGE WW fan and love talking about it any chance I get!

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!

Here are some before and after pics for you!

YAY!! Sara!!!!

I'm a big weight watcher fan too!! I just mvoed and gained a ton of weight from not eating right or exercising. In two weeks most of the extra weight has come off and now I'm focusing on losing the rest (I have about 30lbs to lose). The closer you follow the program, the better it works!

I think the hardest part for me right now is planning ahead. Even though I know I do better when I have meals and snacks planned out, its hard for me to get myself to do it.

Hi Aurora!!!! :wavey: !!

I'm a WW fan also! I lost 35lbs and got lazy with the program and gained about 10 back, so I am getting back on track now. If you stick with it, it is amazing!

I follow flex. I need more structure to keep me honest! Haha!

I followed the core when I lost 20 pounds on WW three years ago (I can't believe it's been that long ago!). I've kept off all twenty and then some! I usually fluctuate with the last ten (lost about 30 altogether) and I'd like to get that off and KEEP it off as well, so that's what I've decided I'm going to do :)

I am thinking of starting WW, but I went to a meeting and quite frankly...I got sick of hearing everyone whining. The meetings are not for me, anyone do WW without going to meetings?

I don't go to meetings or go online. My mom and my best friend have both given me enough info to do it on my own!

I do the online- I lost over 20 lbs doing it a couple of years ago, then slacked off when things got chaotic... just got back on it this week! I couldn't fit the meetings in, and didn't really want to go to them!

I started exercising more 5 weeks ago, and have lost 5 lbs just doing that. Now that I have the exercise under control, I am starting back in with the flex points, and so far so good... my biggest thing that helps me is eating everything scattered through the day so I am not starving at any point.

I have been eating everything under the sun and my points are over the top :( today is a new day though….

WW has got to be the most easiest way to lose weight and I am screwing it up…but today is anew day right?

Today is definetly a new day!!! :floating:

Much better to look at today as a fresh start, rather than think- well, I already blew it this week... I may as well just start fresh next week! That was my old trap!:shuffle:

I can't believe I didn't see this thread before. I love WW. I started in 2002 and lost about 50lbs. I gained about 10-15 lbs after meeting FH though (too many dates out to eat!!) So I'm working on losing that now. I've lost 4 of it! I've only done WW online, never attended meetings.
