Does anyone have any suggestions on products to protect your hair when using heat?I blow dry my hair (especially in the winter) and sometimes run a flat iron through it. I want to try and protect it as much as I can.

I would like help with this too. My hair is beginning to look frizzy and fried and I don't know what to get either! I have found that hot oil treatments once a week really help the frizz and damage but it doesn't protect against heat.

I color my hair a lot and use a blow dryer and curling iron all the time. I used to have terrible split ends! But now my hair is healthy and beautiful. Why?

Because I have become a true believer in "Graham Webb" products: http://www.grahamwebb.com/

I've used the "strengthening line" and now I'm using the "heat response" line and love both! They can be a bit expensive, but if you have a store called "beauty brands" near you, you can save a lot by watching for the "Liter" sale. Almost all of their liter bottles of shampoo and conditioner go on sale for $10 each. Normally, Graham Webb products (liter size) sell for $25. So, I get $50 worth of product for $20! Also, I don't have to use nearly as much in my hair as I did when I used non-salon brands. So my 1 liter bottles last me about a year.

Graham Webb rules!

(Wow, I sound like a commercial! Disclaimer: I am not receiving compensation from Graham Webb for saying all of this - haha )
