Weird things about your date??

Ok so I was thinking about our date for the wedding.... June 22 2007 We choose the 22 because Dec 22 was when we started dating but I realized some wierd things...

June 22 or 6/22

WE will be in our 6th year togeather
we will both be 22
6 is my fav #
and we will have been engaged for 2 years

Kind of odd anyway is anyone else have anything like that?

3 is my lucky # and all my #'s are divisable by 3

hmm well i always wanted to be married in 2007 because 7 is my favorite number ( why i was so upset about the 08 thing :hehe: ) also 7 is FH favorite number. we met Jan. 7th. we would got married august 7th ( fh birthday) but doesnt fall on a weeked:( . fh really wanted to get married on his birthday :rolleyes: cause its the 7th. You would think we would of picked 777. but no i never wanted it cause i knew everything would be booked so fast. lol

I don't think our date is weird at all ... January 5, 2008 ... in fact, it isn't even significant in any way, really. It was chosen out of convenience, really - it's in the winter, after the holidays, and the rest of the month and into February are busy times for middle school and high school band. So yeah ... nothing too weird or important about our date (except that it's when we're gettin' hitched ;) )

Our original date was 9/22/07, but the ranch was booked, so we picked the Saturday before 9/15/07.

We started dating 11/22/02 so we wanted to stick with the 22nd. Sept. and Dec. next year are the only ones that the 22nd falls on a Saturday, and we didn't want to have it that close to Christmas so we went with Sept.

I thought it was fate that we had it on the 22nd because the first bridal show we went to FH bought a beer and the born-on-date was 11/22/06.
Creepy, huh?

Oh well...we are trying to find lucky things about the 15th.

The funny thing about 9/15, which I just found out a few days ago...we signed the lease to our house on 9/15/05. So I guess that's a good thing :)

The only thing about our date is that on October 27, 2007, I will have just turned 27 4 days before. Other than that, there isn't much else.

We were married on October 8th, and when I look back at my journals, we actually decided on October 8th two years prior to get married. I only know because I was in the hospital at the time and I remember having the conversation.

A not so good coincidence is my uncle died on our anniversary this year. :(

Chris wanted to get married on 8-8-08 because he is a Dale Jr fan, I told him I was NOT waiting that long!

It's my parents 34th wedding anniversary, but we knew that when we picked the date...we wanted the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and originally we were looking for dates much farther out, but decided that was silly and when we decided 2007, we realized it was the same day!

Our date was August 12, 2006. The odd thing about it was it was around the same time as almost everyone else I know got married... Literally, I think there are something like five anniversaries of people I know within a week of my wedding date... and I *TOTALLY* didn't pick it intentially!

The funny thing is.. when we picked our wedding date, we didn't pick it b/c it was a special number. We actually picked it b/c July is lucky for marriage in my family and July 1st was the first Saturday in July (we wanted to be married ASAP in July!).

But after we got married.. the numbers 7/1/06 had quite a it of significance! The apartment we ended up moving into is 701 (as in July 1....7/01). Then, my classroom I was put in for my first year of teaching turned out to be 107! After that, we went on a Thanksgiving vacation and our rental van's tag number was 7106. It's so weird how the numbers keep popping up everywhere. Like it was meant to be =)

777 is on my liscence plate. My registration expiers on our wedding day. and I just keep running into the triple 7s.

I know that we are getting married on Scotts dads birthday. And Scott birthday is the day before the wedding, the 29th. Nothing really weird about it.....thats to bad.

The weird thing about our date is that it is our anniversary already. We got together on September 1, 2001, and will be getting married on September 1, 2007. Also, September 1 is my parents wedding anniversary. We will be getting married at the same church they got married in. We almost were going to have the SAME minister do ours, but he is most likely not going to be able to. :(

HMMM, this is a little embarrassing but... This is my second marriage and we just chose a a date out of the blue (May 27th), we wanted spring not to cold or hot. Well here when you get your marriage license if you have been married before they ask you for the date the marriage ended. HMMM after looking for the divorce decree, you can only guess what the date was MAY 27TH!!!!! ACKKK. I look at it as one door closed and much BETTER one opened!!!:flowersniff:

2007 is the year of the pig, and I am a pig (lol), I was reading horscope thingy about it being the year of the pig and it said that if you have been putting off marriage, that this year is a good year to get married. (we will have been dating for 7 years, less one month when we get married).

July is the 7th month, and it is also our 7th year of dating.

I also told Brian a long long time ago, that I had to have a ring on my finger by year 7.......so we are cutting it close and getting married by then!

We are also getting married the day before his brother did last year.

Our date is more SPECIAL than WEIRD but means a lot to both of us.
We are getting married 7-12-07. It is the 3 year anniversary of the date we met. Corey has the date we met 7-12-04 tattooed on his arm in roman numerals along with an infinity symbol.
