How to make blinkie clickable?

How do I go about making "one" of my blinkies clickable so that it leads to my wedding story, etc?

I'm pretty good with computers/html/internet but I can't get this one figured out :) Probably something simple but I thought I would ask :)

Hi Rmenda :) All you have to do is select the entire image code, click the link button (which is a small earth with a chain link in front of it) and paste the web address into the box that pops up.
