View Full Version : Did you guys see the $19 million wedding dress?

Try as I might, I can't find a decent pic of it online.
It basically looked like your typical ball gown wedding dress...only the top was encrusted in diamonds. The top was this see through lace stuff, but of course with all the diamonds you couldn't see all that much.
For $19 million, I wasn't impressed by the design. For me it was an example that even for $19 million you can't necessarily buy good taste (although you can buy *a lot* of diamonds)
Anybody else see it? Thoughts?

Yeah, I thought it was a very mediocre wedding dress. Definitely not what I'd expect from a $19 million dress.

i have seen a pic of it, now I can't find it! I don't think its all that impressive by design, its just loaded up with diamonds. If they did a counterpart with swarovski crystals, that would be interesting. Something in the affordable range, not the "who would buy that" range. LOL

And this one says $12 million. Not impressive either.

It really ISN'T that impressive...
If I had $19mil to blow on my wedding (or even $12mil!) I'd probably share the wealth. I couldn't even see myself in a dress that's over MAYBE $6000 (if I were getting it made and to every exact detail I wanted) but think of the photography and videography and reception and ceremony locations you could do with that much money!!

Eh, doesn't impress me, hardly what I'd call cute.
:computer:
I would rather have the diamonds in jewelry..................

I actually think it's pretty. I don't know about the broach looking thing in between the boobs but other than that I like the skirt and lace. Not sure how it's staying up, it looks like it would slide right down. Although with a chest like mine it would have no prob staying up
If were planning my wedding again...its alittle out of my budget :laugh3:

Yeah 19 million dollars would be better spent on paying off debts.. get a house and give charities to causes like animal shelters and poor people for food clothes etc. :)
