he kissed me on the first date. it was very unexpected and actually not wanted (i thought we would just be friends). =P

he pinned me on my bed (we had been cuddling and watching a movie) and kissed me (worst kiss ever), but he was persistent after that day. then, i fell in love. =)

Umm... well...

Our technical first kiss was a few months after we met, we kissed while we were on choir tour... :shuffle: It was just a peck, and we were actually dating other people at the time...

Fast forward a week and a half, we've each broken up with our SOs, but he hadn't asked me out yet. We went for a walk, and ended up in an embrace (G-rated, girls!) on the edge of the river valley in the moonlight. He looked into my eyes and asked "May I kiss you?" which was SO a scene from the perfect romance novel how could I say no??

So our FIRST first kiss (the peck) was about a month or two after we first MET, but we were only friends at the time...

Our SECOND first kiss happened about a week and a half after we realized our true feelings for one another :shuffle:

BOTH were at least a month before we even started dating in any sense of the word - casually or exclusively ;)

It was 1 months in, longest I've ever waited. He had never really dated anyone before and had had a BAD experience with a girl that had a tongue ring (he won't talk about it either).
So we had dated for a month and hugging/hand holding was the extent of our affection, one day when he was leaving my house I pulled him down and gave him a kiss on the cheek (he is over a foot taller so that was a feat!). He was a little stunned and didn't say/do anything in return :caught: At New Years he gave me my first cheek kiss.:happysigh:

Sometime in our second/third month I was dropping him off at work and, in the car, we leaned in to kiss on the cheek and he gave me one on the mouth.
The 15 minute drive home was hilarious b/c I was so happy and kept replaying the feeling in my head!

Oh, my story to tell the grandkids is so sleazy, ha ha. I had just called off a serious relationship a month earlier, and my best friend had gotten dumped in the middle of planning her wedding, so we went out together to try to have some fun instead of watching sad girly movies and crying in bed. We went to a party at a fraternity that our sorority is friends with, and for some reason we decided it was a good idea to have a kissing contest. So the night I met my fiance I kissed him before I knew his name, and right before that I'd kissed about 10 of his friends (these were pecks, I wasn't being THAT sleazy... but yeah... it's a funny story). We ended up going out to eat at one of those all-night diners after the party, he likes to joke about how it was our first date. :happytears:

Our first kiss was on our first date - which was 4 days after we had met. I wanted to kiss him soooooooo bad and we could both feel that awkwardness. So he leaned over and said something about wanting to kiss me and I said sure and then we literally made out. I am not one for PDA so I was a little embaressed and it was at the beach (after we had watched the fireworks) and people were walking by saying "Get a room!!" I was even more embaressed, so we stopped kissing and then walked to the car. Then he took me on a drive and we stopped by the water and he later told me that his plan was to make out some more but after the first kiss I was really nervous to do it again so he drove me home.

*sigh* Just thinking of our first few kisses gives me butterflies in my tummy!!!! Sometimes I wish it would feel like the first time again. Not that it's not always good, but you know how the first time your hair on your skin raises and you ate literally swooning!! I just wanna kiss him right now! :D

Our first kiss was on our first date. We were saying good bye at his car. He asked if he could have a hug, so we hugged. Well I leaned back to give him that "It's okay to kiss me" look. Yeah, you know the one. But he opened his mouth to ask permission once again! I was VERY impatient so I just kissed him. lol

After a few dates (we only saw each other on weekends since thats when were we both off work)..we were standing on my front porch talking (he was slowly leaving) and he finally worked up the nerve and kissed me. It wasn't the greatest kiss but it was memorable and nice still. Plus I got better kisses later :)

We met at work and he crushed on me first, but I had been recovering from a VERY bad relationship, so I was jaded and bitter, and wanted nothing to do with any men whatsoever (I was celebate & angry for a year). I started developing feelings for him after a couple months, after I had alot of closure and personal growth in the emotional department, and he was just always on my mind. I would see him at work and get butterflies, blush alot, avoid his eyes, act like a snot because I was nervous.

One night a few of us were out partying, so we stopped by his house and I woke him up. He came to the door in jeans and no shirt (droolfest, very nice upper body); he agreed to meet us at the party - I was excited! Now was my chance to admit my feelings and make some kind of move!

At the party I totally lost my nerve, but I could tell he was still into me (he always laughed at my jokes and always paid attention whenever I spoke, he sort of watched me walk across a room, smiled at me alot, etc) so by the end of the evening, I finally got the guts to act, which was by taking his hand in mine while we were watching a movie (yes, the two of us all alone with a party in the next room, watchng some silly movie; neither of us even paid attention to the movie, haha).

We held hands and had some cute cuddles (G-Rated), and then he asked if he could drive me home; I said yes please, I was pretty tired, and so we went. When he pulled up in front of my house, I wanted to let him know somehow that I had feelings for him BUT that I didn't want "just something physical" between us, but how to say that without sounding retarded? I am NOT all that smooth.

So I sort of hesitated in the car, trying to figure out what to say or how to say goodbye without sounding cold/uncaring (I was terrified he might try to kiss me), and HE took my silence/pause as the signal to kiss me, and dove right in.

It scared the crap out of me! I guess I was tight-lipped about it, so he felt bad afterwards, and I have since explained that I was very nervous and unsure of myself. He understands now, and we laugh about it these days.

I promise, we have had several billion other PERFECT kisses of all varieties. And many many more to come! :D

We kissed the first time we meet in person on our first date, I would say a few hours into the date. We were at a club with someother friends and it was a sweet innocent kiss, then we dropped him back off to his dorm on the base and well the fireworks happened.

The rest is history :happysigh:

Barry and I had arranged to meet at a restaurant. I drove up next to him and we both got out of our respective cars. He had a single rose in his hand. We said hello and he kissed me, took my hand and said something along the lines of, "well you didn't slap me, so let's get some dinner." Mind you, we had met in a chat room two days earlier.

After over a month of "dating". The First first kiss was in front of my house at night. He was over while working and he had do go back to the appartment complex so he came up to me and wanted to kiss me. I was soo nervouse that as soon as I felt his lips on mine I turned around with my back to him, and he was just holding me.

The second first kiss, the official kiss happened couple days later I think (I dont really remeber) He was working again and on his break he took me to a little park by a lake and I was just jumping from one stone to another, he came up from behind and huged me and I just left, went to sit down on the hood of his car, he came up to me, pulled me close to him and kissed me. ( I guess he got sick of me playing hard to get lol) We spend the next 2-3 hrs in his car making out (G-rated)!!! (yes he was working lol) I just forgot about the whole world!!! It was so great we could not stop! At some point cop came to the park and FH talked us out of getting in trouble! But then we had to go somewhere else to park. Of beautiful memories!!!! ANd that was almost 8 years ago!

Me and Ming are no longer together because he is just immature and doesn't fit. I have been dating Stan for a while at the same time I have been dating Ming so now I am pretty happy with Stan. We talked about our futures and he has a stable home.. job and everything.. what's even more that he accepted that I have kids plus that we don't have to have kids together in the future if we decided not to have any kids of our own.. just have him adopt mine. He is more opposite of Ming which is that STan has responsibility and just likes to have fun.. and takes things seriously.

Woah, I thought the other guy was the love of your life? Seriously, no need to get all heavy right away. Keep it light and fun, give it some time. Then you can discuss kids later on. I'm glad your enjoying it. New guys are fun, but be careful. Especially with kids in the picture.

I "re-met" Billy in Aug. of 2004 at his sister's baby shower (I had know him and his sister Angie since we were kids, but hadn't see him for almost 5 years when we ran into each other at the shower). When he was leaving, I gave him a kiss on the cheek. We were just flirting at this point.

A week later, we hung out together one day. At the end of the night, I gave him a kiss on the cheek and he gave me one too. We liked each other, but were just flirting at this point too.

A week after that, on our "kind of first date", we were kissing each other the whole day! We knew we wanted to be together at this point.

What can I say...he was "Angie's dorky little brother". It took me a little while to get over that. I'm glad I did! :hehe:

jeff and i met at my brother's house back in 2000-2001, we didnt do anything right away, a little flirting here and ther but nothing serious. then one night i crashed at my brother's house after a party and jeff and i were sleeping on the futon together and jeff kissed me lightly. we started dating shortly after that then broke up.(back story - my brother only had a one bedroom suite and he took his bed of course and then there was martin, jeff and i crashing the night. jeff wouldnt let me sleep on the floor and he didnt trust martin to sleep beside me on the futon, so he did... i think he said something about my honor...)

this time around, the first time we saw each other after his seperation i kissed him. more so a friendly kiss, but obviously it moved from a friendly kiss to a relationship afterwards.

We met in September. I knew I liked him the beginning of October, and told him (or rather, had a sorority sister tell him who low and behold liked him too, won't get into that). Anyhow, I crushed him for sorority crush and we met up again. The next night (after the crush party), he drove up to the fraternity house as he didn't show up at the party at his house because he was taking care of one of his good girlfriends who was SICK as a dog from being so drunk to say hi. He kissed me in his car and I told him it took him long enough :)

Ooo warm squishies :)

Two years after we met, we kissed for the first time. He'd fallen for me after we met during St. Patrick's Day festivities in the city where I was going to school--but I did *not* reciprocate his feelings. We tried a couple more dates over the next 18 months, but failed miserably (I cried all the way home from a baseball game). Finally, last summer, after an exhausting 8 weeks of Calculus II & American History, and part time jobs in a research lab and a a local hospital, I decided to take my first solo vacation to visit him in California. He was doing a 6-month engineering internship in Stockton.

He picked me up at the Sacramento airport, drove me to his apartment, and told me he had a surprise for me. It was perfect! He had bought a coffee maker just like my own, my favorite coffee, and Splenda packets so that I could keep my caffeine addiction in check while I visited.

Later that evening, as I drank Napa wine and watched "Sideways," he leaned toward me, placed his hand lightly on my neck, and kissed me. WOW!!!

I just hope I'm not waiting another two years for my E-ring. ;)

We define the start of us dating by the first night that we kissed, which was at a party at his fraternity house  We'd been friends for YEARS, didn't see each other for 5 years, and then bam! It was more like making out like bandits though ;)

Kathy

That's how we define how long we've been together, too, Meg.

We met in drum corps, where he was on staff and I was a member. We'd known each other for about 3 weeks when we finally figured out we liked each other, and because it was kinda taboo, we had to hide things. I think it was the second day after we figured it out when we had our first kiss ... which was definitely a little more than a peck on the cheek

We didn't kiss until about a month of dating. Usually i'm cool with kissing on the first date but that didn't go so well. But the month we dated I was trying to figure out if I was really into him. So I made him wait. I wanted to be SURE before we kissed.
