I no longer eat after dinner.. but my dinner time can vary from 6 PM *at church* to 8 PM if I have Bible Study.
Do you stop eating at a certain time and why?

I usually eat dinner around 7 or so depending on if I went to the gym or not. Last friday though we ate at 8:30 which is late for me.

I really should stop eating after around 7 when we have dinner, but I rarely do. It's apparently much healtier to stop eating at an earlyish time so that your body digests everything.
Bleh. I need to work on my eating habits some! I'm usually munching away on something at 11 PM.

I have crappy eating habits ... I usually wake up around 6:30/7:00 but don't eat breakfast til 8:30 or ever 10:00. Lunch around 1:30 or 2:30. Dinner around either 5:30 or 7:30. And if I'm hungry later in the evening, I'll eat something snacky. I don't really restrict when/what I eat.
I don't eat after 8:00 anymore. It was horrible to get used to, but it only took me about a week.

I'm up at 6, eat breakfast at 8, maybe a snack at 10, lunch at noon, then I'm hungry as soon as I get home from work at 5 so we usually eat dinner right then. I try to limit any snacking as I need to watch my weight gain with this pregnancy.

I *try* not to eat after 10:30pm but I usually don't have dinner until I have got the kids in bed so that I can eat in peace and that time can very from 8:30 to 11pm. But if I do have to eat late I try to only eat my meal and not have any other little snacks along the way.

I am terrible about this, I get bored and antsy (sp?) in the evenings, so I start snacking... I usually have dinner at 7, and then another snack at 11. I need to stop doing that! I think it's because I live by myself. Hopefully when the Mr. and I live together I can find something to do besides eat...

I don't restrict myself at all. I should but I don't.

Breakfast is a must and normally at 8:30. Lunch just depends on if I'm working or if I'm home and when Breanna decides it's time for lunch. It's normally around 1 though. Dinner varies from 4-7. I'm normally done eating by 9. We don't get to bed before 11 so that's not to bad. And I normally eat a handfull of oreos or ice cream or a special k bar.
Stop eating?
Novel idea, really.

I honestly don't know. :shuffle: I think it depends on when I go to bed.

I think the "experts" say somewhere between 7 - 8 pm is when a person should not eat anything further for the day. If you have a schedule that makes this difficult, then all you can really do is then make it a smaller-ish meal the later it gets.
I don't get home from work until EARLIEST 7pm so eating before then is really impossible. What I do now is have a snack on my commute home, usually some little fruits or veg (or even the little Sushi to -go packs we have at work) so that I'm not about to eat my hand off as I walk in the door. It's easier then to have a smaller meal.
I also track everything I eat on my blog and about 98% don't eat ANYTHING after I've recorded my totals for the day. (Sometimes I do, but usually not)
