Mother/ Son Dance

Did you have a Mother/Son dance? What was the song if you had one?

DH danced with his mother. His mother broke her foot 3 weeks before the wedding and was on crutches, but she was still determed to dance with him. They danced to wind beneath my wings.

My son-in-law danced with his mom to "What A Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong. They danced at the same time as my DH danced with our daughter.

I played the song by the Backstreet Boys "Perfect Fan" and she told me that was going to be the song they were going to dance too! She started crying!

We did a mother/son dance at the same time we did the father/daughter dance; we all danced to "In My Life" by the Beatles.

DH's mom wanted to use a song that she loved when DH was a baby. She used to take him and dance with him to Musicbox Dancer by Frank Mills, and she was determined to dance with him at our wedding. It was very cute and endearing.

DH picked "You Raise Me Up" by Josh Groban.

My darling DH never picked out a song like he was supposed to ;), so I ended up picking "In My Life" by The Beatles.
