Abs Diet

Has anyone tried this diet? I heard about it from a friend, and I was wondering if anyone had ANY info on it at all. I was thinking of buying the book and giving it a shot.

Beth I have never heard about this diet before. The only abs diet I know is cruches and lots of them....:laugh3:

I tried it. It based around like 7 foods that good for abs. I found it a little hard to follow. I didn't care for the foods you were supposed to be eating.
