What does he wear? A tux? Same as groomsmen?

I have seen that a few times but around here is is more common for the FOB to wear a nice suit. That is what my dad did for my sister and that is what he is doing for me. :)

Our dad wore tuxes, the same as the groomsmen; however, they had different ties..I'll show you pictures :)

No one at our wedding is going to be wearing tuxs. They are all going to be wearing suits.

I don't know why I started to panic about what dad would wear LOL Yes I am just a crazy bride to be :)
I think I'll just leave it up to him then. Or maybe mom, she might want to see him in a tux.
Nikki, I was a little surprised but Chris wants to wear a tux so that is what he gets. At least he isn't asking for a Dale Jr tshirt!

My dad is going to wear a tux. He wants to look different then the other men. He is still wearing a black suit but, he thinks he is going to wear a really nice looking vest. We still have to pick it out.

both of our fathers will be in tuxes, I've also seen them wear nice suits.

My dad's not coming to the wedding, but FH's dad is wearing the same tux as the guys, his vest and tie color will be different though.

My mom and I were just discussing this...we're trying to figure out what we want to do, since my dad has a nice new black suit that he got for work when he was head of the Family Practice Committee on the Board of the Hospital he works for.
If he does end up doing that, I'd probably get him tie to go with our wedding colors or something :) Hmmm...another thing to think about :)

Both of our dads with tuxes. The only difference between them and the GM was the vests. Dads wore black vests while the GM wore pewter vests.

My dad will be in military uniform. His dress blues are probably most equivalent to a very nice suit in the civilian world.
Both of our dads will wear tuxes. They will have the same vest and tie as Dan and the GM's but in black. (Dan's will be platinum and the GM's will be burgundy)

Kari, I'm a copycat - this is exactly how we are doing Brent's side of the BP :)
Our dad's are wearing exactly what the groomsmen are wearing.

My dad worn the same as the groom. For all the old UWers... you know the drama about the wedding so we have no GMs.

My father and uncle are going to be in tuxes with a pattern vest, the groomsmen in a solid color vest, and the groom in Ivory vest.
all the men wore black suits.
groom in white tie and shirt. gms in black shirts with black and purple ties and dads in ties that matched their wives dresses.
