It's time to do my rehearsal invitations, and I have no idea how to word them.
Most of the ones I've seen make the dinner front and center:
The excited couple, Jenna Stevens and Matthew Jones
invite you to join them at their rehearsal dinner
Dinner to be held at Santiago Grill
1324 Avenue B
San Antonio, Texas
on Friday, May 20
at 7:30 p.m.
immediately following
the wedding rehearsal
Map and directions on reverse side
To me this invites disaster. The rehearsal is the important part - not the dinner! Immediatly following the rehearsal? That doesn't tell anyone anything.
I need a way to word this that makes the rehearsal front and center and THEN the dinner. Any ideas for me? Thanks.
