hi girls :)

i am looking for someone to give me a kick in the butt on those days when i can't seem to motivate myself. someone who needs some motivation as well.

my wedding is nov 26th and when i bought my wedding gown it was just a bit too big. now it's just a bit too small. i am hoping to lose 40lbs by nov 30th. if possible. :laugh3:

ok i will help keep u motivated and it is possible to reach your goal by nov..i have a goal as well for my b-day in nov so let's get moving...so what is your exercise and diet plan??
