RSVP Question??

My sil and bil are having a renewal in May.

Wants to do RSVP but have people call not mail anything in.

How can I word that?

I'm not sure how else people would RSVP? :headscratch:

I would just in place of the area where they would check yes or no, list the phone number she wants them to call.
