Redness

I get a lot of redness right around my nose and on my nose (thanks to my dad for that!). I've used a whole bunch of different things to try to cover it up, but I was wondering if there are any products that will actually take the red away?

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Also anything in a foundation that has a yellow base, this cuts the red,,,,
