How about seven different kinds of cake? They wanted "something chocolatey that would be a focal point of the reception and would double as dessert. There were seven different desserts (lemon cheesecake, dark chocolate mousse, passion fruit mousse, white and dark chocolate with raspberries, red berries mousse, kirsch and dark ganache and dark chocolate mousse with raspberries) so there was something for everyone.”

The top layer is 8 inches wide; the bottom layer is 30 inches.



The decorations around the outside of each layer are semicircular pieces of hand-carved sugar.



The flowers are made of marzipan.

Some of these are breathtaking! Imagine the time and talent that went into them!

I'd be worried that a fish may not make it through a wedding though. Imagine cutting into your wedding cake and seeing a floating fishy right under it!! :yuck:
