That is a great site. But I found this under NC

Cousin Marriage: Yes. First cousins MAY marry, but DOUBLE first cousins may not. Double first cousins are very rare, as the couple have to be related as cousins through both parents.

Actually, the best way to find out current and specific marriage license info for the county in which you will be married is to do a search for
(County name here) County Marriage License
This will take you to the counites website which has more up to date info than any of the "National" sites that generalize info for each state. These contain very specific requirements, plus the current fee.
